Sand bags are available at the Dixon Fire Station, 205 Ford Way, Dixon, CA Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Sand is available on the NW corner of A St. and Jackson St. Sand is self serve, please bring your own shovel.

• Stay away from fallen power lines and report them to the authorities immediately.
• Keep an emergency kit stocked with supplies in case you need to evacuate your home. This should include non-perishable food, water, a flashlight, and a first-aid kit.
• If you live in a low-lying area or a flood-prone area, be prepared to evacuate if necessary.
• Stay informed about the weather by following local news and weather updates.
