Dixon City Hall is currently closed to the public due to an internet outage impacting City operations. City Hall phone lines are also currently unavailable.

Until further notice, public counter services have been temporarily relocated to the Dixon Fire Department, Station 81, located at 205 Ford Way. The public counter will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

While the outage continues, in-person service at Station 81 is the only available option for members of the public who need assistance.

City staff are working to restore services as quickly as possible. City Hall will reopen and normal phone service will resume once the outage has been resolved.

The City of Dixon appreciates the community’s patience and understanding during this temporary disruption. Additional updates will be provided as they become available.
