DIXON, Calif. — Dixon City Hall has returned to normal operations following an internet outage that temporarily impacted City services on Monday, September 14. Internet and phone services have been restored, and the City Hall public counter is once again open during regular business hours.
City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and every other Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please note that City Hall will be closed this Friday, September 18, as part of its regular alternating Friday closure schedule.
During the outage, City Hall was temporarily closed and public counter services were relocated to Dixon Fire Station 81 at 205 Ford Way to allow the City to continue assisting members of the public.
The City appreciates the community’s patience and understanding while staff worked with the service provider to restore connectivity and resume normal operations.
