How to Register

You can register for City of Dixon Recreation programs online or in person. Please review the information below before registering.

In-Person Registration

City Hall Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• Every other Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Closed on alternating Fridays

Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation receipt by email. Your receipt will list the programs and classes you are registered for.

Online Registration

New Users

If you have never created a Recreation account, select “New Account” at the top of the registration page and follow the instructions to create your account.

If you need help creating an account, call 707-678-7000 during business hours.

Returning Users

If you already have a Recreation account, please use your existing username and password to sign in. If your contact information has changed, you can update it through your account.

Please do not create a new account if you already have one. Having multiple accounts can cause problems with your registration history, account credits, and other information.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

If you cannot access your account, select “Sign In” at the top of the registration page and then select “Can’t access your account?” You will be asked to confirm your email address so you can reset your account information.

If you do not receive the email right away, please check your spam or junk folder.

Our online registration system works best on a computer or laptop. For the best experience, we recommend using a PC, Mac, or laptop and accessing the site through Google Chrome or Firefox.

Registration Policies

Refund Policy

City of Dixon Recreation programs are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by the City of Dixon. The City reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust programs when necessary, including in the event of an emergency or low enrollment of the program.

If you or your child participates in a program and later decides that the program did not meet your expectations, a refund or account credit will not be provided. We welcome your feedback and encourage you to contact Recreation Staff with concerns so we can work to improve our programs.

Refunds or account credits may be considered case-by-case by Recreation Staff. If approved, refunds or credits may take up to 21 business days to process.

Account Credits

If you have account credit, please contact City of Dixon Recreation before registering for the program you would like to use toward. Recreation Staff will help apply the credit to your registration.

Account credits may be used towards other City of Dixon Recreation programs.
