On March 18, 2025, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider final action on the EIR and project entitlements. The Council voted to certify the EIR and adopt Resolutions and Ordinances approving the project and various entitlements. The four Resolutions were adopted on March 18th and are approved, and the two Ordinances were introduced for first reading on March 18th. On April 1st, there was a 2nd reading of the two Ordinances, and both were passed and will become effective 30 days after, or May 1, 2025. |
